Hall meetings 2021 7pm - meetings are open to the public who are most welcome to attend, but under our Constitution people attending who are not Board members have no automatic speaking rights or voting rights. Permission to raise something in relation to the hall, can be sought from the Chairperson prior to the meeting. Agendas and minutes can be sought from the Secretary at any time. We currently have one vacancy on our Board. If you are you interested and live in Awakaponga please make contact to express your interest. Board meeting dates are:
